To me Bronson dominates the screen in this film, he even outshines James Mason who is one of the most respected actors. This is one of the films Bronson made when he first went to work in Europe. Most of his films up to the late sixties he was always a supporting actor or an anchor as he himself called it. But if you like to watch Bronson on the screen you should check it out along with "Violent City". In Cold Sweat the plot is much easier to follow. The European films were where Bronson started to become a worldwide star and finally get the star billing he worked long and hard to achieve.
