Hands Down The Best Film I've Seen In Awhile!

Forget "American Pie 2" or any of these other movies that may have made you laugh out loud a few times. "Extreme Days" was the biggest surprise I've had in the longest time. Like all the other reviews say, this movie makes you enjoy it without having to roust up teenage hormones with nudity or langauge. The storyline may seem like your basic teen movie, but this story really delievers. Keys to good movies are making the characters likeable... and this one succeeds in making them *loveable*! You can't help but enjoy this crew. Four College friends go out on a roadtrip to honor one of the friends dead Grandfather - who supported their wild antics. The whole story just weaves in and out, and NEVER lets the viewer get bored or out of touch. By the end of the film, it's inspring final words, you'll definatly be speaking highly of this adrenaline filled, wholesome film. It doesn't preach religon, which is why I love it so much. It gets a simple, every day message thru in the best way I can think of... by making you laugh and enjoy one of the best films I've came across in quite awhile.

Wholesome and great

I love this movie. It's basically the story of four guys who scrape up enough money to go on a huge road trip, complete with surfing, snowboarding, dirt biking, and other extreme sports. They meet up with a girl who joins them in their sports craze, but things don't go exactly as planned. Of course, Extreme Days is corny and isn't going to win any Academy Awards, but that's not what the producers were going for. They were trying to provide a clean alternative to all the trashy teen movies that have been made in the last few years. I loved it because there was no swearing, no sex, and no graphic violence. Most people would hate this movie for that very reason, but I thought it was great and it's definitely going on my wish list. The soundtrack is awesome Christian rock--Toby Mac and Michael Tait from dctalk, sonicflood, Audio Adrenaline. And even though Extreme Days was co-produced by a company that sells Christian clothing, it's not preachy or overly religious. If you are looking for a funny, entertaining movie that's not full of hard language and sex, this is the movie for you!

FAVORITE MOVIE!!!!!!!

Even if you're not into Christian films, this movie isn't pushing religion down anyone's throat... God is brought up once or twice, but still a great movie with no sex, cussing, sick pictures, etc. When I heard about this movie, I was wondering how good this movie can really be. But it's great! I have never laughed so hard in my entire life!!! The sports (skateboarding, biking, surfing, snowboarding, paintball wars, mountain climbing) are extreme! The characters are great and hilarious, and this is not just another teen movie! It's great for the whole family! I laughed more than in Rush Hour or at Who's Line it is Anyway?!
