Local Hero | Year: 1983 Classification: Comedy Directed: - Bill Forsyth Actors/Actresses: - Burt Lancaster - John M Jackson - Peter Riegert Nearly Perfect... I only write nearly perfect, because I'd like to see Hollywood top this terrific piece of film art, and hope that this might give them something to reach for. During the last U.S. presidential election, Al Gore named "Local Hero" as his favorite film, and it's easy to see why it's one with which he'd want to be associated. Sure, it's a funny and charming story about interesting characters, but what leaves you with the warm feeling inside is its message that a Q4CS Buy Local Hero at Amazon.com Buy posters at Allposters.com Jamster - the latest ringtones for your phone! ![]() Search with Walhello on the Internet on Local Hero Search with the Priority Search Engine on Local Hero This page in other languages: Suomeksi | Nederlands | Deutsch
