Terms and Conditions The Walhello service consists of the html pages shown on the Walhello website and the use of the Walhello search engine and directory. The Walhello service is maintained by Walhello.com. The Walhello service contains links to web sites not owned or maintained by Walhello.com. Use of the Walhello service is subject to the terms and conditions described below. Use of the Walhello service indicates that you agree with these terms and conditions. Walhello.com however is not the owner of these sites and has no control over the content of Web sites indexed or linked to from Walhello. Walhello.com can not be held liable for illegal, incorrect, immoral, offensive, incomplete, pornographic, violent content on Web sites indexed by the Walhello spider but not owned by Walhello.com. Walhello does not give any guarantees regarding the availabity and correct functioning of the Walhello service or the correctness of information displayed. Walhello can not be held liable for direct or indirect damage because of unavailabily or incorrect functioning of the service or for displaying incorrect information. The Walhello service is offered only for personal use. Copying, mirroring, modifying, reformating, distributing or selling (part of) the information shown on the Walhello Web site is forbidden, except after written approval by Walhello.com. If you want to use the Walhello search functionality for (meta-)search engines or portals please send an e-mail to sales@walhello.com. Walhello.com can remove access without any explanation. Access will be removed if illegal or hacking activities are detected. If damage is caused by hacking, legal actions will be taken to prosecute the hacker. The conditions of use are governed, interpreted and applied according to Dutch law at the court in Amsterdam, Netherlands. |
